During my first year at university, I worked on a Skyrim mod as part of a three-person team. My primary role was scripting using Papyrus, which was new to me at the time. In the early stages, I spent significant time learning the language while actively participating in design meetings.
The mod features a fully functional side quest, a new house outside Riverwood, a nearby dungeon, and several voice-acted NPCs. Beyond scripting, I recruited voice actors and manually created parts of the navmesh where the auto-generation tools weren’t producing accurate results.
The mod is available on Steam. To start the quest, players simply travel to Riverwood and speak with one of the newly added townspeople.
